Members of the Seven Sushi Samurai will conduct this exclusive sushi master class for sushi professionals based in the UK. Leading chefs from Japan and the US will showcase the latest trends and tastes from their respective countries, and participants can practice their techniques under the watchful eye of renowned sushi chef and expert Masayoshi Kazato.

MASAYOSHI KAZATO
Masayoshi Kazato is Vice Director of the All Japan Sushi Association International Division. He has judged the sushi skills contest at the American Sakura Matsuri, attended the Original Sushi Competition and conducted sushi seminars and workshops all over the world, including in Germany, the Czech Republic and the UK.
