Junmai Ginjo HAKUROSUISHU Winter Water - Japanese Sake

Junmai Ginjo HAKUROSUISHU Winter Water

Awarded gold in the 2005 Northern Japan Sake Tasting Competition in the junmaishu section, this is a sake with its own distinctive character. It has a flavour which doesn't overpower, with both a rounded, rich taste and a fine finish. Full fermentation has produced oligosaccharide, which protects the lining of the stomach and intestines as well as preventing the absorption of excess glucose into the body. It also promotes growth of the bifidus bacterium, which is good for the intestines.

YUKI HONOKA'S SELECTED BRAND

Junmai Hatsushibori YUKI HONOKA Pure Snow - Japanese Sake

Junmai Hatsushibori YUKI HONOKA ( Pure Snow )

Receiving a silver award at the 2005 USA National Sake Competition, the appeal of this sake lies in its mellowness, its clear, rich flavour and crisp aftertaste. This is a hatsu-shibori sake, which means that it is the first sake pressed that year. Refrigerated after pressing, its fresh taste can then be enjoyed at any time. If some sake is applied to the hands before sleeping, the next day you will wake with smooth skin - it can be similarly applied to the face.
