In the harsh cold and deep snow, the young brewers work silently, paying careful attention to tradition and form. The particular kindness and gentleness of the people of Akita can be sensed in the taste of this sake. The brewers have given their all to produce a sake which brims with delicious junmai ginjo flavour. Type: Junmai Ginjoshu Capacity: 300ml, 720ml, 1800ml Taste: Rich & Dry

The end result is medium rich and very dry, smooth to the palate and elegant, with an impressive ginjo fragrance. It successfully combines a mild flavour with a crisp, invigorating finish. The accumulated experience and craft of the Hideyoshi brewery are on full display in both the delicious ginjo taste and the easy drinkability of this fine sake. The robust flavour and deep, settled aroma make it unmistakeably a Hideyoshi sake. While relatively inexpensive, there has been no compromise in terms of quality, and the brewery's new toji, Mr. Ishizawa, has fully demonstrated his talents in the lightness of the sake. The brewers believe that without trying this fine example of Akita junmaishu, one cannot speak knowledgeably about Japanese sake.
