Azure Ginjoshu TOSATSURU - Japanese Sake

Azure Ginjoshu TOSATSURU

This healthy mineral water is famously free from pollution, and the brewery has spent a long time researching how to best use this precious resource in order to produce a special ginjoshu. The final product comes as a result of countless trials; a new kind of ginjoshu with a smooth, clean taste and a light refreshing finish.

The deep ginjo aroma and taste of this sake mean it also goes well with the rich flavours of French cuisine.
