OZEKI Daiginjo Osaka-ya Chobei

Bearing the name of the brewery's founder, this premium daiginjo reflects the traditional techniques and spirit which have been kept alive over the last three centuries. It is full-bodied, with a refined, crisp finish and a rich, juicy fruit bouquet. Highly polished rice, carefully fermented at low temperatures has produced a superb example of a dry tanrei karakuchi sake. Best enjoyed chilled, Ozeki feels confident that the drinker will never grow tired of the taste of this sake.

OZEKI Tokubetsu Junmaishu Yamada Nishiki

Yamada Nishiki, often referred to as Japan's finest sake rice, grows in Hyogo prefecture near to the Ozeki breweries and gives this sake its name. The pairing of fine rice and water has produced a fragrant premium junmaishu with a rich, deep flavour. A dry sake, Yamada Nishiki can be enjoyed at a range of temperatures. The aroma of the rice is still clearly discernible and a light, well-balanced finish rounds off a superbly drinkable sake.

OZEKI Honjozo Karatamba

Ozeki's rural Tamba brewery is blessed with all the elements which are essential to the production of great sake: the very finest pure water, top quality rice and of course the master craftsmen who make it, the Tamba toji brewers. Insisting on using only the best local rice from Hyogo prefecture, Ozeki has produced a wonderfully dry honjozo sake. Brilliantly clear and refined but also possessing real depth, the distinctive crisp edge packs real power.
