OZEKI'S SELECTED BRANDS![]() OZEKI Daiginjo Osaka-ya Chobei Bearing the name of the brewery's founder, this premium daiginjo reflects the traditional techniques and spirit which have been kept alive over the last three centuries. It is full-bodied, with a refined, crisp finish and a rich, juicy fruit bouquet. Highly polished rice, carefully fermented at low temperatures has produced a superb example of a dry tanrei karakuchi sake. The pairing of fine rice and water has produced a fragrant premium junmaishu with a rich, deep flavour. A dry sake, Yamada Nishiki can be enjoyed at a range of temperatures. The aroma of the rice is still clearly discernible and a light, well-balanced finish rounds off a superbly drinkable sake.
