With a flamboyant fragrance and a full, rounded flavour, Naniwa Sake are particularly proud of what they describe as a real masterpiece of the sake maker's art. Giving a gentle fruity taste to the palate, this junmai ginjo seems to melt in the mouth, leaving an exquisite aftertaste. This is one sake which the drinker will not tire of. Ideally enjoyed at room temperature or slightly chilled, this makes a perfect accompaniment to Western cuisine, for example Camembert cheese or spaghetti. Seimaibuai: 50.0% ABV: 15.5% Sake meter value: +1 Acidity: 1.5  NANIWA MASAMUNE Joto Karakuchi The defining feature of this delicious premium sake is that it is very dry and goes down extremely smoothly. A clean, crisp edge to the drink is further enhanced when served well chilled, and Joto Karakuchi makes a particularly good accompaniment to hot food such as nabe stews. As with all of Naniwa Sake's sake, the care and attention which goes into its brewing can be clearly tasted in the final product.
