With six branches throughout London, you’ve probably seen the name Feng Sushi; but it’s no ordinary sushi chain.
FENG SUSHIBorough: SE1 9AD Chalk Farm: NW3 3QE Fulham Road: SW10 9NB Kensington: W8 4E2 Notting Hill Gate: W11 3JZ Royal Festival Hall: SE1 8XX ![]() Feng Sushi has pioneered the use of sustainably sourced fish & shellfish and seasonal ingredients, rejecting the standard sushi menu for something altogether more exciting. Take the spring specials: Line Caught Cornish Mackerel Sashimi with Beetroot and Yuzu Pesto and Sake Marinated Loch Duart Salmon are highlights on a menu inspired by vibrant spring flavours and colours. Cornish mackerel is joined on the Feng Sushi menu by Scottish salmon and scallops from British oceans; tuna is sourced from the Maldives, with only hook-and-line caught yellow fin on offer – no blue fin tuna here. Co-founder Silla Bjerrum is a very vocal campaigner for sustainability and works with the Marine Stewardship Council to ensure her menu is as guilt-free as it is taste-rich. Feng Sushi has recently relaunched it’s website, to include a one click ordering service (covering most of London) meaning you can get sushi delivered straight to your home or office, along with fish cakes, noodle soups, edamame, salads and vegetable sides. There’s plenty on offer for non-fish-eaters, too, |
