Owned by a pioneering Japanese restaurateur, SO Restaurant now offers a beautifully prepared and varied menu combining classic Japanese cuisine unmistakable European twist. At the helm in the kitchen is Kaoru Yamamoto, who has a background in French cuisine; his fusion dishes obviously make this restaurant as exciting and innovative for Japanese as it is for the rest of us.
