Hone your skills with true sushi masters

Eat-Japan’s ever-popular professional sushi workshop returns for another year. This one-day course, which takes place in spacious professional kitchens, is a unique opportunity for those culinary professionals who wish to add sushi skills to their repertoire or develop their existing technique. Under the guidance of head tutor Masayoshi Kazato, chefs will be coached in authentic sushi-making technique by Japanese sushi masters and past sushi samurai. Workshop attendees will be provided with top-quality fish and sushi ingredients to work with, and divided into small, supervised groups to ensure that they each receive comprehensive explanation and hands-on tuition throughout the workshop. The course price also includes a tasting session of authentic sushi made by sushi masters to experience what real sushi should taste like, a completion certificate signed by the day’s tutors, and an accompanying textbook. Tickets are limited and we are anticipating a great response, so book your place early to avoid disappointment.
