Have you ever wanted to make sushi in your own home, but not known where to start? Well, this is the perfect opportunity, because for the first time ever, Eat-Japan is broadening its ever-popular sushi workshops to include a class geared for non-professional people who wish to learn how to make sushi from the world’s experts. Pick up skills that you can use to make delicious sushi dishes over and over again, and become the envy of your friends and family.
Learn sushi-making from the best teachers imaginable

The three-hour long course will cover the ways to create authentic sushi rice, shape nigiri-zushi and roll maki-zushi such as California rolls – all in an authentic yet easy to learn fashion. Students will be divided into small groups, and guided through procedures by Head Tutor Masayoshi Kazato and a team of sushi masters and previous Sushi Samurai, in a way that will prove memorable and fun. There is surely no better and more valuable way to spend a few hours of your time!

All attendees will receive a completion certifi cate signed by the day's tutors, an accompanying sushi textbook, a sushi ingredients kit and information about where to buy sushi ingredients, as well as the opportunity to sample sushi masters' sushi and their own sushi handwork.
