Eat-Japan, the nationwide festival running from July to October in celebration of the delights of Japanese cuisine and culture, has enjoyed greater success than ever before in 2008. The Sushi Awards was a nail-biting evening of culinary innovation, with our Seven Sushi Samurai battling it out to win the prestigious title of Sushi of the Year 2008. Amateur enthusiasts and professional chefs alike gathered to hone their sushi-making skills with top international chefs at our Sushi Workshops. Eat-Japan 2008 will be rounded off with our fantastic Prize Draw, where readers have the chance to win all sorts of Japan-themed prizes. Winners to be announced soon!
