TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eat-Japan.com c/o Cross Media Ltd. is promoting this workshop in collaboration with Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College(Gliddon Road, London W14 9BL), and would like to clarify the following points.

1. In the event of cancellation for any reason (e.g. emergency evacuation of the building), Eat-Japan will make every effort to offer ticket holders entry to a rescheduled workshop, but cannot guarantee this.

2. Eat-Japan.com cannot offer refunds, for any reason, for tickets once they have been purchased. However, as tickets are not issued on a named basis, they may be transferred in the workshop of the original holder being unable to attend the event.

3. Tickets issued are valid for one ticket holder, and no accompanying minor will be admitted without their own ticket.

4. In the event of a ticket being lost, Eat-Japan.com will permit entry to the workshop only if the ticket holder can provide the reference number of the ticket issued. This is an eight-digit number beginning WS, which can be found in the confirmation e-mail.
