A very lovely Gaijin Gourmet pal is helping to host a Sake Tasting Fair at Tatra Restaurant in Shepherds Bush, London, this Tuesday, 2nd June.

There will be 11 different sake from 6 brewers from Akita prefecture for you to try, with an emphasis on junmai “pure rice” sake. There will also be some of the highest grade ginjo and dai-ginjo sake available for you to sample.
