Eat-Japan exists to promote greater awareness and enjoyment of Japanese food, drink and culture in the UK , and with this as our main aim, we carry out a wide range of activities.


PUBLICATIONS
We produce a range of exciting publications in both printed and electronic formats including EAT-JAPAN, which is the only magazine in the UK to specialize in Japanese food, drink and culture, and a range of cookery books, including the popular Healthy Recipes series.

EAT-JAPAN.COM is the number one site for Japanese food and drink, featuring a comprehensive UK Japanese restaurant directory, the ultimate online sushi-making guide (Sushi Perfect), a database of healthy and delicious Japanese recipes, all the latest info on EAT-JAPAN activities, articles on Japanese food, drink and much, much more!

EVENTS AND SEMINARS
We organize an ever-widening range of events, seminars, competitions and promotions designed to celebrate Japanese food, drink and culture, including the Original Sushi Competition , the Sushi Awards and Seven Sushi Samurai event , and our Prize Draw , run in conjunction with Japanese restaurants .

FOOD & DRINK RELATED NETWORKS
One of our on-going activities is to develop networks, through our events and media activities, which bring together Japanese food companies, restaurants , and other related organizations, as well as consumers with an interest in Japanese food who register at EAT-JAPAN.COM .

PR, DESIGN AND PRODUCTION
We also carry out public relations activities for the promotion of Japanese food, as well as a range of production work including editorial, web design, graphic design and book & brochure design.
